Pregnancy asks a great deal of you physically, mentally and emotionally.
A changing body, interrupted rest, unfamiliar aches, and often very little time to simply pause and be cared for.
My pregnancy yoga classes offer a calm, beautifully held space where you can soften, breathe deeply, and feel supported throughout your pregnancy.
Each class is thoughtfully designed to ease physical tension, calm the nervous system, and help you prepare for birth with greater confidence and connection blending gentle movement, breathwork, relaxation and hypnobirthing in an intimate, welcoming setting.
This is more than a weekly class; it is dedicated time to reconnect with yourself, trust your body, and nurture the bond with your baby.
