This isn’t just a yoga class – it’s a weekly sanctuary for six women only.

Held in a warm, nurturing space, this class weaves together gentle yoga, Hypnobirthing principles, birth wisdom, breathwork and deep rest, all guided by a fully trained yoga teacher, Hypnobirthing teacher and experienced birth doula (that’s me!).

Every week, we gather in a sacred women’s circle……a space to move, breathe, connect and prepare for birth in a way that honours your body, your choices and your power.

In my pregnancy yoga and antenatal classes, I take a biomechanics informed approach. This means every pose and movement is designed to support your unique body during pregnancy. With my experience as a doula, I also provide insights that bridge the gap between physical preparation and emotional readiness for birth.

Understanding your body’s biomechanics can make a world of difference during pregnancy and birth. It’s not just about feeling comfortable now, it’s about preparing for the moment you bring your baby into the world too.
